Less than 24 hours later, my account was verified, and I was ready to apply for bids, which seems a little daunting, at first, but easy once I navigated around the site. The help button and FAQ section has been helpful. I have not have any bids approved as of yet, but I will certainly keep you posted!

This site connects bloggers with advertisers. So, if you own a blog, you can go here, pick a product and write a review about it on your blog.
What makes this especially attractive is that you can even use one of those free blog sites like Blogger or WordPress.com. Most paid to review sites don’t accept blogs built on free blogging sites, but this one does, and you should take advantage of it.
Once I get my account activated, I will be sure to write a review of the process!

A Review of My New Pet, written and illustrated by Melanie Bremner

My New Pet , written and illustrated by Melanie Bremner is a delightful story that any child will enjoy reading, and all parents can appreciate. Written in a simple rhyme scheme pattern, this story is great for beginning readers, as well as a great read aloud. My eight year old and I both really enjoyed the original, colorful illustrations. As a teacher, I could think of a million things to discuss with students, like poetry for example. While reading, My New Pet , with my son, I counted several different themes, or lessons, I could easily discuss with my son or students while reading, or afterwards in one of life’s many teachable moments. The story line was well written, and as the mother of a young son, I really enjoyed the realism of the story. Yes, pets are fun to want, and sometimes even have, but are a huge responsibility, and they may not be appreciated by everyone in the house.
